Noor Parto Azmay Bina Company
Following the declaration of need and request of Sirjan Golgohar mining and industrial company in 2013, the design and manufacturing of UV flame detector started for the first time in Iran in ACECR, Sharif branch. The result was the installation of several flame detectors in pelletizing unit of the company.
The technical inspection and study of the best available products in global market were made, and the suitable model was selected in order to supply the need of this equipment in domestic industries including thermal power plants, refineries, and petrochemical and mining ones. Finally, the design, manufacturing, and expansion of this work in ACECR, Sharif branch led to establishing “Noor Parto” company, and the technical knowledge was transferred to the company for producing and developing the products while ACECR, Sharif branch became one of its shareholders.


By applying the experienced professionals in fields of photonics, power, and mechanics, with more than three decades of design, manufacturing, and management of electro optical systems, the company succeeded to design and mass production of the flame detectors, and to equip several industrial units including Shahid Rajaee and Sahand thermal power plants, Khorasan and Asaluyeh Mobin petrochemical companies, and Mapna-Tuga turbine engineering and manufacturing company.

2012
In 2013, in response to the needs expressed by Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company in Sirjan, the project for designing and manufacturing the first UV Flame Detector in Iran was launched. This initial step led to the installation of several flame detectors in Golgohar’s pelletizing plant and the issuance of a patent certificate for the ultraviolet flame detector in furnaces, registered under number 83887.
2016
Relying on its acquired technical knowledge and experience in designing and manufacturing electro-optical systems, Noor Parto successfully delivered 40 flame detectors equipped with semiconductor sensors to the Shahid Rajaee Thermal Power Plant in Qazvin (steam unit). These systems have been installed and operational at the power plant ever since.
2018
The successful installation of the NFDL-1957 flame detector at Khorasan Petrochemical Power Plant led to the signing of a contract with the company. The optimal performance of the installed flame detector in this facility demonstrates the efficiency and quality of Noor Parto’s products.
2020
Noor Parto commenced its operations in the field of fiber optic systems in 2018 as a pioneering company in Iran. In 2021, the company successfully installed and commissioned several fiber optic flame detectors at the combined cycle unit of Shahid Rajaee thermal Power Plant in Qazvin

The signing of the contract for the development of the MGT40 gas turbine flame detector with MAPNA Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Company (TUGA) reflects a strong commitment to safety, as well as the possession of advanced and reliable technical expertise at an exceptional level for the country’s industries.
2023
Noor Parto Company, by becoming a member of the Sharif Science & technology park, obtaining the title of a knowledge-based enterprise, and receiving a commercial card from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, has taken significant steps toward strengthening its innovation infrastructure and expanding its presence in international markets.

Fiber optic flame detectors are used in conditions where the installation temperature exceeds 85°C, direct line of sight from the flame detector to the flame inside the furnace is not possible, or where there is a high level of vibration and shaking at the installation site. In other conditions where there are no temperature limitations, direct line of sight is available, and vibration is minimal, line of sight flame detectors can be used.
Why has Noor Parto company utilized a fiber optic system in the flame detectors for GE gas turbines and MGT-40 turbines by Mapna?
Considering that the installation temperature of the flame detector system on the combustion chamber of these turbines is usually above 150°C, and in cases of hot gas leakage, this temperature can exceed 200°C; therefore, the fiber optic system, with a temperature tolerance of 300°C, is the best option for this type of turbines
